Varietals: Cayuga, Vignoles, Traminette

Flavor: Mineral and citrus, light bodied, unoaked

Tastes Like: Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio,

Pairing: Chicken, fish, salads, appetizers

Storybook Red

Varietals: St Vincent, Concord

Flavor: Semi-Sweet, bright red fruit flavors

Tastes Like: Lambrusco

Pairing: BBQ, spicy food, dessert

Knockout Red

Varietals: Norton, Chambourcin, St Vincent

Flavor: Full bodied dry red, fruit forward and lightly oaked

Tastes Like: Merlot

Pairing: Heavier red meats such as steak, BBQ as well as dark chocolate

Blossom

Varietals: Vignoles, Traminette

Flavor: Sweet, fruit-forward, and some floral notes on the finish.

Tastes Like: Moscato or Riesling (sweet)

Pairing: With most desserts (or as dessert!). Also good with foods heavy on spice or flavor- such as Mexican, BBQ, or Asian
